The routing/forwarding table is also a little smaller on the 440 and it supports fewer ae interfaces (not surprisingly since it has fewer physical ports). The only restriction I can think of that might be problematic is that the 850 supports 5 virtual routers, and the 440 supports only 3. As long as you don't need the SFP/SFP+ ports on your existing PA-850, it should be pretty boring.
